These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Tychefy platform (the “Service”). By accessing and/or using the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms as well as the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Service.
1. Nature of the Service and character of outputs
The Service provides tools for analysing historical draw data and generating structured analytical model outputs. Outputs are derived from historical data and algorithmic/statistical methods and are provided solely for informational and analytical purposes.
2. Express disclaimer of prediction and warranties
- Tychefy does not predict draw results and provides no warranty (express or implied) as to success, likelihood of winning, hit rate, or any financial outcome.
- Terms such as “top-k”, “model output”, or “consensus” refer to internal analytical ranking and organisation and do not constitute a promise, recommendation, or assurance.
- Lottery draws are random. The Service cannot influence, override, or substitute the randomness of any game.
3. No affiliation with gambling operators
Tychefy is not connected with, does not collaborate with, is not approved by, and is not sponsored by any gambling operator or public authority, unless expressly stated.
4. Exclusion and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you use the Service at your sole risk. Tychefy and its partners/providers shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, loss of profits, costs of participation, or any consequence arising from use of the Service or from decisions taken in reliance on the outputs.
If, notwithstanding the above, liability is imposed, it is limited to the amount paid for your subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or zero in the case of free use).
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights, where applicable, are not affected.
5. “As is” and “as available”
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in this Section affects mandatory conformity rights of consumers in respect of digital services under applicable law, including the provisions harmonising Directive (EU) 2019/770 (in Cyprus, Law 155(I)/2021).
6. Eligibility and responsible use
- Use of the Service by minors is prohibited. By accessing and/or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
- You remain solely responsible for compliance with applicable law and with the rules of gambling operators.
- Tychefy does not encourage excessive or problematic gambling activity and may restrict or terminate access in cases of misuse.
7. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
8. Paid access
Paid access provides access to features and outputs of the Service, not to guaranteed results. Payments, renewals, and cancellations may also be governed by the terms of the payment provider.
Monthly Premium and Annual Premium are subscriptions. Unless cancelled, each renews automatically at the end of its billing period, monthly and annually respectively. You may cancel at any time, with effect from the end of the current billing period, through the self-service customer portal available in the footer and on the pricing page. You may move from Monthly Premium to Annual Premium at any time; the change is confirmed with the payment provider before any amount is charged, and only the difference is payable.
Draw credits (withdrawn offer). Legacy Draw Credit Packs were one-time purchases and were not subscriptions. They were withdrawn from sale on 7 September 2026 and cannot be bought. This paragraph continues to apply, in full, to draw credits purchased before that date and not yet consumed or expired. A Pack added a fixed number of draw credits to your balance. There is no recurring charge, nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel. One credit is consumed the first time you run any model against a given official draw; every further model run against that same draw, across either game, consumes nothing more, and re-running a model you have already run consumes nothing. Unused credits remain available for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase and expire thereafter. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable between accounts, and are not exchangeable for money. Withdrawal of the offer does not shorten, cancel or otherwise affect credits already purchased.
Open evidence. Official draw history, model performance and post-draw evaluations are published on the History page and are freely accessible to any visitor, with no account, no payment method and no time limit. They are provided for transparency only and do not include generation of analytical model outputs, which requires an active subscription or unspent draw credits.
9. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen (14) days of its conclusion, without giving any reason. In Cyprus this right arises under the Consumer Protection Law of 2021 (Law 112(I)/2021), which implements Directive 2011/83/EU as amended by Directive (EU) 2019/2161. To exercise this right, send an unequivocal statement to customers@tychefy.com before the withdrawal period expires; you may use the model withdrawal form provided by applicable law, although its use is not obligatory.
Where you expressly request that performance of the digital service begins during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal ceases to apply to the extent provided by applicable law.
Monthly Premium and Annual Premium. If you withdraw after performance has begun but before it is completed, you are liable to pay an amount proportionate to the service provided up to the time you informed us of the withdrawal. For a subscription, that proportion is calculated by reference to the part of the billing period that has elapsed.
Draw credits. This paragraph applies to Legacy Draw Credit Packs purchased before they were withdrawn from sale on 7 September 2026, and continues to apply for as long as any credit purchased before that date remains unspent or within a period in which a claim may be brought. A Pack is not supplied over a period of time; it is supplied as a quantity of draw credits which you consume when, and only when, you choose to run a model. Accordingly, where you withdraw from the purchase of a Pack after you have begun using it, the amount proportionate to the service already provided is calculated by reference to the number of credits consumed, and not by reference to elapsed time. By way of illustration, a consumer who has consumed four credits of a twenty-credit Pack is liable for four twentieths of the price. Credits consumed are recorded in your account and are visible to you at any time.
At checkout you are asked to confirm that you request immediate performance and that you acknowledge the consequences described in this Section. Your confirmation is recorded together with the transaction.
10. Intellectual property
Tychefy software, models, content, design, and marks are protected by intellectual/industrial property rights. Copying, redistribution, or commercial exploitation is prohibited without prior written permission.
11. Prohibited uses
- Violation of laws or operator rules.
- Bypassing access controls or abusing infrastructure.
- Reverse engineering, bulk scraping, or interference with the operation of the Service.
- Making misleading claims of “guaranteed predictions” or “certain profit”.
12. Changes and termination
Tychefy may modify the Service and/or these Terms, and may suspend or terminate access for security, compliance, or maintenance reasons. Material changes to these Terms will be announced with reasonable advance notice (normally at least thirty (30) days) by email or by a notice within the Service, except where changes are required by law or are urgently necessary for security reasons. If you do not agree with the changes, you may terminate your subscription with effect before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of the Republic of Cyprus shall have jurisdiction to resolve disputes. If you are a consumer domiciled in a Member State of the European Union, this clause does not limit your rights under Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012: you may bring proceedings in the courts of the Member State in which you are domiciled, and proceedings against you may be brought only in those courts.
If you are a consumer, any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of your habitual residence within the European Union continue to apply, to the extent that they cannot be contractually excluded. This follows from Article 6(2) of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I), under which a choice of law may not deprive a consumer of the protection of provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement under the law of that country.
